Note: -
  • All payment has to remitted by cheque/DD in favour of “Bestech India (P) Ltd” payable at New Delhi/Gurgaon only. Company reserves the sole right of allotment of plot.
  • The price is exclusive of External Development Charges (EDC) & calculated on pro-rata basis i.e. Rs. 422/- sq.yds. as on date per plot. In case of any upward revision thereof by the government agencies in future, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis.
  • Preferential location charges for preferential location plot as described by the company shall be payable additionally in the manner within the time as stated in the payment plan.
  • Registration Charges and Maintenance Security shall be payable extra at the time of notice for possession.
  • Prices, terms and conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. For detailed terms and conditions please refer to the Plot Buyer's Agreement.
  • The possession will be offered by the company only on receiving the complete payment as per the plot buyer agreement.
  • In case any additional taxes, cesses like service tax etc are imposed on the developer after the issuance of allotment letter, the same shall be payable by the plot owner on pro-rata basis as and when demanded by the developer.
